Begin to disconnect & reset the mind with spa & thermal journey access, sipping chilled fizz by the pool as you soak in the calming atmosphere. Followed by a floating sound bath healing experience using a variety of sound therapies including singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, and rain sticks allowing soothing vibrations to move through the body and water, promoting deep relaxation and restoration..
