Is parking available at the hotel? Is it free?

There is no parking at the hotel however there are nearby car parks which are chargeable.

We offer a discounted rate of £13.00 for 24 hours as part of NCP Moorefields on Vernon St. Car Park which is situated just three-minute walk from the hotel. When entering the car park, simply take a ticket as normal and pay with reception on checkout. Please ensure you take a ticket on arrival at the barrier. Please note we can not offer discounts to purchases made on the NCP App.

All sessions are 2 hours in duration.

Off Peak – 8am-10am

Peak – 10:30am-12:30pm / 1:00pm – 3:00pm / 3:30pm -5:30pm / 6:00pm-8:00pm

We advise all residents at point of room booking to secure their session in advance to avoid disappointment.

WEEKDAYS: from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm

Our swimming pool & spa facilities are for adults only aged 18 and over. *Charges apply.

Do you hold weddings at the hotel?

The hotel can accommodate weddings in Weightman Suite. The maximum capacity is 60 guests for a civil ceremony.

We also offer drinks receptions in Palm Court and dinner in Seaforth if the ceremony is held at another venue.

Tourist Levy

The Liverpool Accommodation Business Improvement District (ABID) initiative is being introduced in Liverpool City Centre. This means that a supplementary ‘City Visitor Charge’ will be required for all visitors who want to stay in Liverpool City Centre. This mandatory charge is £2 + VAT per room per day.
All guest rooms will be required to pay a £2 plus VAT per room per night charge. This will be added to your hotel bill to be settled on check-out as a vatable charge. To find out more click here.
